My housemate has moved in with her boyfriend and therefore I am looking for another professional female to share great rented 3 bed house with. The house is a really nice unfurnished (although I have all furniture required except for bedroom) 3 bed house with a garage and lovely small garden.
The landlord collects the rent monthly and it includes council tax and water bill. The rent is for a minimum of 6 months.
I am looking for the right non-smoking housemate (so if you aren't moving for a bit please don't be put off) who is looking to share the house and will enjoy sharing nights in as well as nights out.
The house is in a great location on the no7 bus route and only a 15min walk from west bridgford high street.
