Hiii there, we are two in this newly built apartment (me n my g.f) & are looking for a roommate(A Girl Only) who can share room with my G.f. we are clean,sensible, non-smokers & like Quiet atmosphere so we are looking for such a roomate. Apartment is just 15 mins bus ride away from City Centre, Its is near the Carlton Square only close to all(walking distance) the amenities (Tesco,bus stop,train stn,Leisure centre, Medical centre) at a reasonable price (Dat is 160 a month excluding (electricity and water bills) we sensibly use the Electricity and water so it is near about £200 a month. let me explain few things again

- We need a girl (non-smoker and sensible)WHO IS WILLING TO SHARE A ROOM WITH MY G.F
- we are two (both are students,non-smokers)
- apartment is new, Fully furnished and walking distance away from every facility ( 15 mins bus ride away from City centre(old market square)
-RENT IS JUST £160 A MONTH (EXCLUDING BILLS...NEAR ABT 200 IF INCLUDE BILLS)
