Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) meaning universal life energy, can be used on the self and others, and works in harmony with the mind and body's own natural healing abilities. Reiki is available to everyone, and is easy to learn and use.

Reiki level one is primarily about self healing and personal development. It can help with physical and emotional healing and balance, stress management and relaxation.
