For just 12% of the monthly rent we do full identification checks on the prospective tenants,credit checks if necessary, sign contracts, and later deal with all enquiries on your behalf. We also organise cleaning if necessary, provide essential maintenance and have a team of reliable work men for any jobs we cannot tackle ourselves.

We also have a debt collection team that deal with problem payers and absconders-ALL included in the price.

We SPECIALISE in shared accommodation for young professionals and can therefore often TREBLE YOUR INCOME by letting on a room by room basis. However we also deal with student, family and council tenants and achieve very competitive rates.

We deal EXCLUSIVELY in lettings, giving us time to focus on your individual needs and offer a 'NO TENANT, NO FEE' service.
