Wanted studio space or other facilities for running fitness classes and martial arts classes needs to be able to hold up to 15 people at a time.

Looking to operate daily classes , ideally would like to be situated near to city centre for ease of access.

Criteria:-
Looking to pay around £50.00 per week in rent, but willing to negoiate
Looking for a 6 month rent free period to help establish and build classes and physical presence.
