We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to work in an Asylum Team in Nottingham. The purpose of the Post is to deliver positive outcomes for children through taking referrals, completing initial and core assessments, progressing case plans and age assessments.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of appropriate services to children and their families, according to assessed needs
- Responsibility for progressing Care and Protection plans
- Providing reports and giving evidence in court as necessary
- Maintain professional case records, including inputting on to the department's information systems and accessing information from relevant registers

Candidates must:
Be fully qualified in Social Work
GSCC registered
Have a CRB issued within the last 12 months
Be I.T competent with ideally knowledge of CareFirst
