Bright and airy double room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers and fire place available in professional, non-smoking house.
The house is spacious with two bathrooms, a lounge, dining room, kitchen and garden between 4 bedrooms. The house was re-furbished to a very high standard about 18 months ago and is clean and really comfortable. We get on really well in the house and enjoy having a drink together or sometimes going to the local pub which is the Gladstone. We're also really clean and considerate.
Bills are £80 per month and this includes gas, elec, water, council tax, TV, Broadband, toilet rolls and washing up liquid, so no hidden extras.
The house is in Carrington which is 20 mins walk from town and 10 mins to Sherwood. It's a very safe and quiet area with plenty of free parking, co-op and lidle just down the road and the best local pub in Nottingham just round the corner.
