A mature professor from the University of Nottingham seeks a room in Nottingham for occasional overnights, starting in January 2010. I need just a room where I can sleep one or two nights a week, during teaching periods, and receive mail -- nothing more. This is perfect for somebody who has a spare room or empty apartment somewhere and wants a bit of extra money but does not want someone there very often. I would probably be there between 20 and 40 nights per year, no more; I am clean, responsible, and quiet. Get in touch, if you have a situation like this.

Please do not get in touch if

a) you are looking for a tenant to be continously present for months and pay hundreds of pounds per month. I need only occasional overnights (a night or two per week, and only during teaching season) and want only to pay a few hundred pounds annually, if that.
