House has 3 double bedrooms, although only 2 are used, the third is for friends or family staying over. Bathroom is fairly new with bath and shower. Kitchen is also new, with washing machine/dryer, oven/hob, toaster, microwave etc. Large dining room has a large table and chairs. Lounge contains 2 leather sofas, TV, Virgin cable and broadband internet. House also has a large basement for extra storage.

Parking is always available outside house at no extra charge, and a permit is easily available. House also has a small back yard.

Sharing with a very friendly 27 year old female Teacher, who loves a few nights out, and quiet nights in with a DVD. Room is only 260pcm. Both housemates will pay the same, even though the attic room is much bigger.

Sherwood high street with lots of shops is a 1 minute walk away, as is bus stop. 7 minutes on bus into town, and busses tend to arrive every 5 minutes.

I've had a lovely time living at this house, and am sad to be leaving, but I'm sure someone will love it as much! Ideal for professional person or mature student. Landlord lives locally, and is always available for problems and questions etc.
