We're a young family searching for our long-term, forever house. We are having to use a direct approach as there is very little on the market at present. We are looking for a house with at least three double bedrooms, (or four) a good sized garden and a garage or shed storage for bikes/golf clubs/childrens toys. Preferably a 1930's, 1940's, Victorian or Edwardian property but not essential! In the following areas:

We are currently in rented accommodation after selling our house so we can move very quickly, (in 6-8 weeks) and have our deposit and mortgage agreement in principle in place. We would be happy to deal with you directly to save you estate agency fees.
