Fridays 6.30pm - 7.30pm £5 per session

Ideal for beginner to intermediates

Fast paced hour; 10 minute circuit to start (e.g. skipping / bodyweight exercises / equipment circuit)then i run through punching and kicking combinations, footwork drills, head movement drills, then everyone gets on the pads and heavy bags. The session is finished off with an ab circuit then stretches.

This is a sweaty hour where correct technique is emphasised. There are women of all ages and fitness levels and it is a friendly and fun atmosphere!
