I'm a 29 yr old live in owner of a terraced house on a quiet street, just 5 mins walk from the Hyson Green tram stop and Asda. My current housemate has lived with me for 3.5 years but he has just taken a great new job in Milton Keynes, so sadly is leaving. Therefore I am looking for someone else to share with.
I also have a friend staying, possibly until November, who has moved into the front reception room, however there is still a nice shared lounge and a kitchen with a small dining table.
I'm fairly easy going but work quite hard and therefore could do with a professional person or a post grad rather than a student. I'm happy for someone to be here short or long term. I do have 2 little cats who are in the house all the time, and I don't like people smoking in the house really. I do sometimes smoke myself, but always outdoors.
My current housemate is expecting to move out between the end of July and mid August but viewing is available before that.
£300pcm includes all bills, including broadband and Virgin TV and a refundable deposit of £100 will be required.
