Four November courses to choose from to promote greater well being, happiness and personal power
Four courses to choose from starting early November.
"Feeling Good" - sometimes we need to relearn how to feel good again. Have fun with this course. 9.30 - 12.00 Starting Monday 2nd November
"Stress Management" - some deep relaxations as part of the course and techniques to reduce stress reactions. 12.45 - 3.15 2nd November.
"Anger Management" - anger can be the hardest emotion to deal with effectively and to manage well. Learn new ways so anger doesn't spoil your life or relationships. 9.30 - 12.00 Starting Tuesday 3rd November.
"Assertiveness" - when we can speak for ourselves without the need to get angry or give in to others or go quiet then we can be a more powerful force.
12.45 - 3.15 3rd November.
You can choose one or more of the above courses.
At Carlton Road, NG3 2NR (10 minutes from city centre)
£40 for each course if paying.
