Our client, a large international company is seeking to recruit a Slovak or Czech speaking Credit Control Assistant for their offices in Nottinghamshire
Job Role
Your job role will be:
To ensure correct allocation of cash, invoices, credit notes and journals to maintain reconciled accounts.
maintaining accounts receivable balances for accounts within credit limits through timely cash collection
Processing of documentary letters of credit and ensuring statements are issued to coincide with agreed customer settlement terms.
maintaining up to date customer files regarding actions taken to recover outstanding debts and resolution of queries for review by relevant Credit Control Team Leader
Provide monthly reports to team leader and sales divisions to ensure good communications and service excellence to customers.
provide day to day credit support to relevant divisions
The Candidate:
Fluency in English and Slovak and/ or Czech
Additional fluency in Hungarian is a definite plus
Good standard of education (GCSE level including Maths and English)
Equivalent work experience
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in Credit Control is a plus
Salary: £16,000 p/ a
