Essential:
You must be a well-motivated individual
An experienced leader in the field of Learning and Development
Possess the ability to deliver and manage training projects
Be able to create new training opportunities
Know how to recruit and train volunteers and sessional tutors, and build community links
Possess excellent organisation and planning skills
Possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skiills
Be able to lead a team
Possess a teaching qualification
