Nottingham Boots Corsairs are in the process of running pre-season training, with our first competitive match on Sept 5th.

Our first training game on Saturday 22nd Aug went well, beating Castle Donnington 110-0.

We're recruiting mens players for the coming season, especially tight five positions, although players of all positions skills and ages are welcome to come down to training on Thursday night at 7pm.

Our first team has a number of guys who have played professional and semi-professional rugby, and have represented their counties/regions at various levels. We really don't belong in Midlands 5, so please join us on our promotion hunt.

With strong links to Nottingham Rugby Club, it could also be an ideal opportunity for those seeking to play rugby at a higher level to be spotted.

The club also run a strong 2nds/Vets team, so players new to the game, or interested in pulling the boots on after a break from the game are more than welcome.

Promotion from Midlands 5 East (N) is a must for this season, and we are also targeting the EDF Vase with the posibility of a Cup Final at Twickenham.
