Starting at the beginning or already meditating this is a group for people of different abilities and experience levels.

Trying out various forms of meditations and discussing in group your view of them. Also different mantras for spiritual development to try out ... and a place to share experiences.

We have probably all glimpsed 'the beyond' or what is not explicable by common earthly or scientific knowledge. Some become afraid of it, others ignore it while yet others want to explore or talk to others about their experiencing.

If you are in the latter group then come along.
