York Weight
A selection of gold coloured york weights that can be used as dumbells or barbells. There are:

4 x 2.5lb (1.1kg)
2 x 5lb (2.3kg)
6 x 10lb (4.5kg)
1 x bench bar
2 x dumbell bars
6 x red spinlock collars (I think that's what they are called, they secure the weights on the bar)
2 x black & metal clips that go on the bars (I don't know what they are called).
They have been in the garage for a while so are a bit dusty, but otherwise in good condition.
