We have 2 rooms to let in our shared house

We are Male,32 and Female 20 both working professionals. The house is a 4 bed in Wilford Village, great location near to supermarket and 3 pub/restaurants.

Large Double - £300 pcm Available from end of May 08

Smaller Double - £275.00 Available from mid june 08

1 full bathroom & 2 seperate toilets

Both are unfurnished - however the rest of the house is fully furnished with everything you'll need. 2 large sofas, tv, units, full sky package, wireless broadband, washing machine, 2 x fridge freezers.

Large garden & patio for the summer months (including BBQ) and massive driveway that can easily store 4 cars plus mine!

Rent is fully inclusive of ALL BILLS - council tax, water, gas, electric, broadband internet, full virgin tv. We have only ever had to pay a bit more over the winter months for the heating.

We are both very friendly/sociable people and I spend most of my time working evenings/late in a bar so you will virtually have the house to yourselves most evenings.

Only working professionals, references will be required along with a deposit of £300 per room.
