APPROXIMATELY 10,000 VERY GOOD QUALITY MAINLY NON-FICTION BOOKS

These books constitute the stock of our book selling business which we are forced to dispose of urgently because of the imminent & sudden sale of our premises.

These books are of exceptionally good quality. There are many in either new or as new condition, the remainder are generally in very good condition as it was our policy destroy sub-standard books unless they were of an unusual nature. This is a genuine stock clearance of good quality stock.

They are predominantly non-fiction subjects, as this was the area in which we specialised, there are however a proportion of fiction books & on a general break down I would assess that there was a split of 85% non fiction to 15% fiction.

They are predominantly hardcover, & on a general break down I would assess that there was a split of 80% hardcover to 20% softcover.

Subjects covered included: History / Military / Maritime / Naval / Aviation / Railways / Automobiles / Transport / Local Interest - Topography / Craft / Walking / Outdoor Pursuits / Britain / Travel / Cookery / Gardening / Natural History / Dogs / Equestrian / Birds - Ornithology / Sports - Football - Cricket etc. / Fishing - Angling / Art / Architecture / Antiques & Collecting / Art Technique / Crime / Biography / Literature.

This list is not exhaustive but gives you a general idea.

We unfortunately did not use one of the book listing software packages, & hence it is not possible to provide a database of titles. We do have a microsoft database list which is not fully current, but would be made available after purchase, if required, to the successful buyer. I maintain that the best way to assess these books is to view them, hence my contact details are below.

Any successful purchaser MUST arrange collection by April 4th.

I would estimate that there are about 5 transit vans of books if boxed - & 3 transit vans of books if loaded loose.

DO NOT UNDER ESTIMATE THE VOLUME OF BOOKS INVOLVED HERE OR THE VEHICLE (S) REQUIRED TO MOVE THEM. A CAR WOULD NOT BE ADEQUATE.
