followed by 7 weekly sessions. Fridays,
9.45 - 12.00 and 12.45 - 2.45

The course covers counselling skills which are useful in many situations; work, personal and family life as well as for those thinking of going on to train to become counsellors or support workers.

Free to people in receipt of certain benefits (income support, housing benefit, JSA, working tax credit etc) but there is a small cost to anyone working and not in receipt of any benefits.

Creche available for 2 - 5 year olds.
