Recruitment Business Manager – Nottingham

Base up to £35k
Superb bonuses structure and commission
OTE £75k (uncapped)
Regular bonuses and incentives to reward overachievement
Holiday entitlement grows one day per year up to 25 days.

The Position:

TeacherActive is a leading player in the Midlands education recruitment sector, now looking for a manager for its Nottingham office. There are exceptional earning opportunities for a committed professional sales manager.

Your primary responsibility will be to successfully grow our East Midlands offices to dominate in their area. You will be supported in the role by hands-on, highly experienced company directors.

Suitable candidates will have excelled in management, possibly in recruitment; however, it may be that the right person is a successful manager from either sales or another target-driven environment. Success in this position will lead to outstanding earnings and the potential for career advancement within a growing company.

You will need to be an exceptional communicator, able to function under pressure while maintaining strong, confident leadership.
