I am looking for a female flatmate to share with me in my 3 bed house, I am a 24 year old female who works 9 - 5 and also some weekend / evenings.
Rent is £75 per week and that includes all bills including Sky, gas ,elec, council tax, water, parking etc
The house is as a high standard and has all been decorated throughout, the room is a large double, with laminate floor, double bed and mattress, a ikea 4 draw chest and a built in double wardrobe with shelf.
Free access to internet
There is communal parking outside.
I do have 2 kittens that are under a year.
This property is 5 minutes from the town centre by car and is 2 minute walk from all amenities.
