One of the worlds largest stadium contract catering companies is looking for a Deputy general manager to join one of their extremely successful, high volume sites in the East Midlands
Job Description
This exciting position will see you responsible for the day to day running and the strategic planning of event days and non event day retail and public operations. Setting and exceeding budgets through innovative business planning- you will be passionate about the hospitality industry and always looking to develop the business.
Required Experience
Excellent Communication skills
Good attention to detail
The ability to be proactive
Have great organisational skills and the ability to think strategically
Be able to inspire your team and work well within it
Experience in management of high volume event and conference site as well as multi unit retail management.
Good knowledge of financial management
Salary and Benefits The starting salary for this role is 27,000 plus bonuses
