Swap my v large 2 double bed flat for 2 or 3 bed house anywhere
Hi,
I have a lovely 2 double bedroom ground floor flat with own good size back garden and shed (front and back door). all the rooms are v good sizes with loads of storage area's and closet in main bedroom. most floors are cream ceramic tiles so looks like an apartment, very nicely decorated. there is only 2 flats above which are privately owned with nice neighboughs and surrounded by houses.
outskit of st anns 2 mins from city centre and 2 mins from mapperely top shops.
there are shops at both sides of the street and socials clubs, pubs and schools. just off woodborough road.
looking for a new start with partner and new born so come and have a look as very nice.
dont mind any area 2 or 3 bed aslongs the living room could fit a 2 piece siute.
