Group Account Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen for our prestigious benefit provider’s client. They are currently recruiting for a Group Account Executive.
REPORTS TO
Regional Sales Manager
OBJECTIVES
The main objective of this role is to introduce and explain ‘all-employee’ voluntary benefit programmes to individuals and groups of employees at client companies across the UK, and achieve maximum membership of our Hospital Plan and/or Death Benefit enrolment programmes, and such future products as deemed appropriate by the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Maintain first line contact with Regional Sales Manager to ensure the lines of communication regarding collecting daily information, coordinating allocation of locations, business scores, and any other issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of activity and production to meet company targets and customer service levels.
• Ensure compliance with FSA principles & legislative requirements
• Ensure that work is planned, coordinated and conducted in a timely and efficient manner and that all deadlines are met.
• Adhere to company codes of conduct and pay special attention to avoid any disruption to the client company work schedules.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Clear communication
• Self-motivated.
• Able to demonstrate a successful track record in sales and/or business development environment and the achievement of targets.
You will be required to stay overnights for different locations across the UK and all travel expenses will be paid.
Company car and OTE offered.
