Both are large and spacious house close to town. One has 2 Large reception rooms a garage and front and rear gardens.
They have a large Kitchen which is fully equipped with all the modern day utilities (Fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, cooker and cook ware).
You would be sharing with a mix or male and female tenants.
