my flat is on the the third floor of a converted Victorian warehouse, which has a lift and the communal areas are serviced. I have electric storage heaters and the flat is double glazed. My neighbours are really nice and quiet. the flat is ideal for city centre living everything is on the doorstep but the flat is really quiet too.
