I have an average sized furnished double room to rent in my friendly home in Bulwell just a few minutes away from the Moor Bridge tram stop and with good access to the M1 (J26 & J27). The house is situated in a location ideal for shopping in both Bulwell and Hucknall. There are also several good bus routes nearby including buses to City Centre, Arnold, Beeston, Mansfield and Sutton-in-Ashfield. The room has a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and desk. I am a fairly easy going sociable person and would like someone similar to share with who is also respectful and reasonably tidy. The rent will include all bills with the exception of landline phone. The house has a washing machine, garden and Wi-Fi broadband internet connection. I also have a quirky, friendly and affectionate cat called Oscar. The room is available from 7th November onwards for a minimum 3 month period.
