Must have previous substantial experience. A basic food hygiene certificate is essential. Must be able to read labels and understand written orders and production sheets. Must have good communication skills and be meticulous in hygiene. Duties include serving customers, cooking breakfasts, preparing specialist coffees, clearing tables, and cleaning. 28 hours per week 4 over 7 days 7.00am-2.00pm.
