Home Manager
A 2 star nursing home near to Lincoln requires an experienced home manager who has a current NMC PIN number.
The home is a very well-established and well run home that caters for the elderly, frail and dementia residents. As the home manager you will be responsible for the running of the home from a financial, operational and marketing perspective. Candidates should ideally have previous experience of running a nursing home however candidates with little experience will still be looked at.
My client is offering a basic salary of c£27k to £30k however do have a very generous bonus scheme in place taking the overall package up to the mid £40k's. For more information on this role please contact nrothery@strgroup.co.uk.
