Hey, I'm a 22 year old guy looking for more than just a room; I would like to live with people who could become great friends! Similar age preferably (19-25?). Male or female (mixed would be nice). Flat or a house, between three and six rooms or so. No smoking inside (I've got no problem with smokers, I just hate ending up smelling of smoke myself). Living with either students or professionals is fine.

I'd prefer to live as close to the centre of Nottingham as possible. As I'll be looking for a bar job again (worked in Dogma last year) before getting into photography more and don't want to walk back, at night, through some of the less safe areas of Nottingham. Already had my face punched once in an attempted mugging, but mind you that was very close to Trent Uni! The Lace Market and Hockley would be ideal. But also okay around the Arbouretum (not past Forest Rd), around The Park or towards Lenton down Derby road. I uploaded a map of suitable areas for me here.

I don't care about TV much but decent broadband is a must. Washing maching would be nice, a drying machine too would be awesome but I'll settle for a line of course. I like pets if they like me as long as there aren't fifty of them in the house. I wouldn't be bringing any myself though. I don't require parking or anything but I might bring a bike. Oh and it'd be nice if it's furnished. Unless the rent is a lot cheaper. The £80 per week, listed above, is the max I want to pay *including* bills. Maybe push it up to £85 total but yeaaa.

I can cook, make cocktails, take photos and I'm often able to fix stuff like computers or whatever too. I'm tidy around the house where other people are but I guess my own room goes on highs and lows.. Sometimes my room can get in a little bit of a mess before I blitz it but I keep it restricted to there! I'm pretty laid back, social and outgoing. I like to chat or go out so I'd like to live with similar people.

I'm working in Lancashire at the moment but I'm ready to move whenever. I'd be looking for a job in Nottingham but I have savings to last me at least half a year of rent and food. Not quite sure how long I will be renting for but, most likely, at least half a year. A week's notice is probably enough.
