The room is suitable for a single. the house is a 5mins walk to the tram station (David Lane), the bus station is in front of the house, the post office is a 5 mins walk and the city centre (via tram) is about 15 mins. very suitable for a Nottingham Trent student/an office worker for its strategic situation. will be sharing with a Muslim couple and a Muslim student (gents).
