A well established care company has been awarded a local tender in Nottingham. As a result we will be opening a new office. Our company specialises in placing care personnel with clients (children and adults) with learning disabilities and Autism who require support at different levels. We recruit, train and support workers during their placements and we ensure that clients as well as workers establish and maintain a good working relationship.

POSITION AVAILABLE:

We are looking for an experienced RNLD who can demonstrate an understanding of how to best support clients with learning disability whilst ensuring that their needs are fully met and developed further if appropriate.

Agency and/or Management experience preferred.

A successful candidate will be expected to:
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- have excellent organizational skills
- an ability to work as a part of a team
- have a progressive attitude
- have a strong desire for personal development
- have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- recruit staff suitable for working with clients depending on their need
- complete all documentation required and ensure that care workers are familiar with the client before first contact
- to ensure staff has been provided with adequate training
- be familiar with the local area
- provide contactable references (including last employer) and CRB

Clean driving license required.

6 months probation period. Salary negotiable.
