Facilities Manager (Technical Biased) required to manage a portfolio of 4 distribution and manufacturing centres across the UK and Ireland, ideally based from the Midlands for leading M&E maintenance provider.



You will be a technically qualified Facilities Manager who has previous experience of managing distribution/manufacturing centres.



You will be responsible for the following:-



*Budgets

*PPM's and reactive maintenance on all manufacturing plant and Building Services

*Managing the contract by KPI's to the service level agreement

*Client Liason

*Contractor and Engineer Management

*Statutory compliance for the contract



This role will suit someone who has worked in a similar environment and have previously managed engineers.

It is a multi site role and will involve UK travel and overnight stays as required with the needs of the business.



Sites are located in Sheffield, Nottingham, Belfast and Swindon.



This role is paying in the region of £34-£38k + Car/Allowance + Benefits
