A Qualified Social Worker is required to join an Asylum team in Nottinghamshire.

Working within the Asylum team, this Qualified Social Worker will be expected to deliver good outcomes for children through taking referrals, completing initial and core assessments, progressing case plans and age assessments.

The successful candidate will ensure delivery of appropriate services to children and their families, according to assessed needs. This will include responsibility for progressing Care and Protection Plans, providing reports and giving evidence in court as necessary. Maintain professional case records, including inputting onto the department's information systems and accessing information from relevant registers.
