I am a young woman (23) looking for another girl to share the house I rent in Forest Fields. I live close to the tram line which is very convenient if you need to travel to town everyday, and a big supermarket for groceries. I need someone as soon as possible. The available room has a double-bed, a desk and lots of shelves and storage space. It's really nice and I love decorating the house, so I hope you'll like it! There's also a big bathroom that looks a bit like a chalet with its wooden walls, a nice little kitchen and it's all very cosy.
The rent is £450/month + bills and council tax which would be split in two, of course.

I'd like someone quiet please, as I work hard and do not wish to come back from work to a house in havoc every weekend. I don't really mind the mess but am totally allergic to dirt so if you're not too familiar with housework, don't bother. Other than that, I'm a really friendly person, very kind, my friends say of me I'm sweet and reliable.
