Job Description As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for:
* The full food and beverage offer within the Club.
* Leading and motivating the team to provide the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction.
* Ensuring that everyone adheres to company standards and policies at all times.
* Ensuring that all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
* Ensuring all weekly checks and stock measurements are completed.
* Reporting to the Operations Manager.
Required Experience
The ideal candidate will already be within a similar Food and Beverage management role within a food court, service station, , food retail operation, counter service food and beverage establishment, contract catering or restaurant environment. You may also be a current licensee wanting to leave the trade and try something new. You must be able to demonstrate profit and loss accountability and examples of activities you have been involved in to increase your bottom line profit, including local marketing strategies. More importantly is personality and a real flair for team work.
Salary and Benefits The starting salary for this role is between 23000 to 24000 dependant on experience. There is also a company bonus scheme and generous holiday entitlement.
