Must be 18+ due to licensing laws as you will be serving alcohol. Must have previous experience and be of smart appearance. Must also be a good team player and able to show initiative. Cellar knowledge an advantage. Duties will include serving customers, using the till, keeping the bar area clean and tidy and any other duties as required. 15+ hours per week, 5 days over 7 between 11am and 12am.
