I moved to Nottingham about a month ago and although I've never actually been in a band before and haven't sung publicly for about 6 years, I really would love a chance at joining/forming a band. Preferably joining, as that gives you more chance to chuck me out if I turn out to be shit lol. Influences include a mixture of stuff, if I was to bang a nail into the females that influence me they'd be Karen O (Yeah Yeah Yeahs), Alison Goldfrapp (Goldfrapp), Alison Mosshart (The Kills) Amy Winehouse, Tahita Bulmer (New Young Pony Club), Debbie Harry (Blondie), Lovefoxx (CSS).
Amongst my favourite bands are The Libertines, Babyshambles (yes, I'm a Doherty fan), The Maccabees, The Klaxons, Pulp, The Arctic Monkeys, Mystery Jets, Foals, Kings of Leon, The View, Joy Division.
