I have a BTS ventes et productions touristiques which is an equivalent of French HNC in tourism. (French Institute of Tourism of PARIS )

I have a baccalaureat STT which is an equivalent of A level diploma in administration, High School in Metz.

I am currently working in a 3 - star Hotel in Paris, SOL MELIA group.
I am working in this hotel since 2 years ( from the 1st of October 2007 until now).

Here is my job description :

* Check in, Check out, telephone skills,
* Welcome and informing customers ;
* Concierge service ;
* Invoicing ;
* Reservations ;
* Card fidelisation service.

I have good computer skills including programs for Word, Excel, Outlook.
I also master Sihot which is a hotel software.

I have good communication skills.

French is my mother tongue.
My level in english in advanced.
I have good knowledge of Spanish and I am beginner in German.

Here are my main interests :

* Travels ( Usa, Poland, Spain, Italy, The Netherlands, Belgium).
* Music, pratice of oboe for three years and member of a High School for 4 years.
* Sport, aerobic, swimming.
