Hi

I am looking for a restaurant who are looking to employ a young, eager and passionate apprentice to work in their kitchen. I am 16 and left school recently after my exams., in which I achieved 6 GCSE C grades including one in Food Technology.

I am incredibly passionate about food and have wanted to work in the restaurant industry since the age of 14. I am hard working, determined and focused. I'm always striving for perfection and improvement on what I have done in the past.

I have been in contact with the New College Nottingham and they say they would be happy to offer me a place in college on an apprenticeship.
