Due to best mate leaving nottingham I have been left with a dilemma, I love my house and don't want to move and neither does my cat. The bedroom available is large with a double bed wardrobe, chest of drawers etc, nice back garden (great neighbors), there will also be an empty box room on the same floor for storage or use for something (there were 3 of us living here but the box room isn't particularly great in terms of size, although it does have a double bed in it), the house is on Sherbrooke Road in Carrington just off the hucknall road, next to a bus stop and only takes a few minutes into town. No preference to Gender or Age.
