Project Worker - Vulnerable Adults

** (BASED IN HITCHIN - HERTFORDSHIRE) must be a car driver for this role **

My client is based in Hitchin and requires a Project Worker on an on-going contract to work with vulnerable adults.
Their aim is to empower people to become independent so that they have the opportunity to lead fulfilling lives as part of the wider community. The specialist services provided by my client's multi-disciplinary team are in full compliance with the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000, the Children Act 1989 and the Mental Health Act 1983. Their practice is underpinned by the National Care Standards, ensuring that we provide the best possible support services to a wide variety of project members.

Requirements for this role:
* NVQ 2 in Care / Promoting Independence
* A minimum of one years experience in supporting vulnerable
* * A car and driving licence is essential for the role as this will be a community based role (A MUST)
* Must have an enhanced CRB within 1 year
* Work flexible hours and some sleep ins
