Nottingham flatshare - double rooms
Large Room in the City Centre (£400 pcm)
I have a large room in the Lace Market area of Nottingham's city centre. The room is on the third floor of a modern apartment block with concierge desk. It's currently part furnished with a king size bed and some hanging space, although additional furniture can be arranged on viewing. The ensuite is bright and airy and has a shower and bath. There is sometimes the possibility of renting a parking space in the basement although this must be done independently. The room is part of a two bedroom flat that will be shared with myself, a 30 year old male self employed as a security consultant. Rent is exclusive of bills, however I'll accept a flat charge of £100 for these (if you split down the middle, it works out much more). This will include wireless internet but exclude landline calls.
Potential tenant should be tidy and enjoy music (since I listen a lot). Also, I would like a non-smoker without children or pets. When responding please tell me a little about yourself, for example, age, sex and profession.
