I have a very large double room available in a lovely three bedroom flat which I am sharing with one other person at the moment. I am 22 year old non-student and my flat mate is a 19 year old student.

We are looking for anyone (male/female/any age) who is fairly clean and tidy, is fun and likes having a laugh.

The house is an upstairs two story flat with two bathrooms, large living room and kitchens with all ameneties.

Rent is approximatley £200 per calendar month but may be less.
