I am moving to Southwell and am looking for a flat or small house to rent. Ideally it should have one bedroom although I would consider two bedrooms depending on how much the rent is. I would prefer unfurnished although would consider part-furnished.

The flat or house must be in Southwell - I am not interested in any of the surrounding areas. I don't want to rent a room or anything like that so please don't contact me on that basis.

I am a good tenant to have - I don't have pets or children and I'm too old for wild parties!
