Three PhD students (2 guys and one girl) are looking for friendly, non-smoking, woman to share a comfortable clean house.

The house is situated in a quite street in Beeston, with a 20 minute walk to the East entrance of Nottingham University and only 5 minute walk into Beeston town centre and Beeston train station. This house has also got:

On road parking with no permits

Shared kitchen and bathroom (shower and bath)

Each room is fully furnished (bed,desk,cupboard,shelves, etc.)

Double glazed

Virgin media TV

Washing machine

Internet (wi-f)

Cleaning rota is used to ensure house remains in a good condition

Contract is for September 2008 to September 2009

BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED (approx £30 a month)
