Eclypse Recruitment is looking to recruit a RMN Unit Manager for a large elderly nursing home in Nottingham, East Midlands.

This lovely 80+ bedded nursing home within Nottinghamshire, East Midlands specialises in providing quality nursing and social care to the elderly with dementia and mental health needs. The home was purposely built to ensure that resident’s have the best possible environment to accommodate their needs.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with strong experience and knowledge working with the elderly with dementia and other mental health needs. As the Unit Manager you will be responsible for the smooth operational running for a small unit ensuring that policies and procedures are being met and clinical standards are exceeded.
