Two unfurnished rooms to rent in The Park, one large downstairs, the other smaller though still double size, upstairs.
Rest of the house is mostly furnished although if you have anything else we'd happily accomodate. There are two bathrooms to share between the house, both well fitted to a high standard. Downstairs is a large louge/diner and a big kitchen. Outside the property is a large garden and on street parking.
It is a great location and 5 minute walk from the city centre.
You would be sharing with two guys both young professionals (~26) working in Nottingham.
We're both fairly sociable and would ideally to be looking to live with other young professionals from the area. Someone who is a good laugh and enjoys nights out is a must, although it is not a huge party house as we both work hard during the week.
Rent is £320 per month + a share in the bills ~ (£80pcm)
